Job Summary
We're looking for a reliable, hands-on leader who can run a fence crew and take ownership of job sites from start to finish. If you take pride in quality work, lead by example, and want to grow with a well-established company, this role is for you.
Duties
- Install and repair residential and commercial fences
- Lead and manage a crew of 2-3 installers on job sites
- Read and execute work orders, blueprints, and specifications electronically through our CRM
- Operate equipment (post drivers, augers, skid steer, etc.) safely and efficiently
- Ensure jobs are completed on time within labor expectations
- Communicate with customers, on site project managers, and office staff regarding job progress
- Support and mentor crew members
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership role
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in the field
- Experience in the construction industry or related
- Familiarity with frame carpentry techniques for assembling fence panels
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting
- Attention to detail and precision while maintaining efficiency
- CDL preferred but not required

Pay: $28.00 - $42.00 per hour
