We are seeking a highly motivated Estimator/Project Manager for our commercial and residential fence installation by managing permanent fence sales and projects. We provide an excellent pay structure that is top in our industry.

This position will be responsible for the sales of fencing to new construction projects and continue to maintain relationships with existing customers. Successful candidates will have the ability to work independently and with the Branch Manager to achieve sales goals.

  • Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders.
  • Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
  • Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
  • Analyze needs to create estimates of prepare time, cost, materials, and labor.
  • Visit site and record information about access, drainage and topography, and availability of services such as water and electricity.
  • Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work.
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
  • Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
  • Prepare drawings, estimates, and bids that meet specific customer needs.
  • Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
