Per Il Lavoratore a Tempo Indeterminato Le Ferie Sono Un Diritto Irrinunciabile e Devono Essere Godute Sulla Base Delle Seguenti Regole
- Per almeno due settimane nel corso dell’anno in cui si maturano;
- I restanti giorni nei 18 mesi successivi al termine dell’anno di maturazione, pertanto entro il 30 giugno 2026 devono essere usufruite le ferie del 2024.
Nel caso in cui tale valore sia superiore, il datore di lavoro è passibile di sanzioni amministrative, oltre a dover versare anticipatamente i contributi previdenziali entro il prossimo 20 agosto.

Infatti, può comportare l’applicazione delle seguenti sanzioni pecuniarie amministrativa nei confronti del datore di lavoro:
- Sanzione da 120 a 720 euro per un solo anno per violazioni riguardanti fino a 5 lavoratori;
- Sanzione da 480 a 1.800 euro per violazioni riguardanti più di 5 lavoratori o che si sono verificate per tre anni;
- Sanzione da 960 a 5.400 euro per violazioni riferite a più di 10 lavoratori, o che si sono verificate in almeno 4 anni;
- Se la mancata fruizione interessa oltre il 20 % dei lavoratori, può essere prevista la sospensione trimestrale del DURC.
