Ferrari Part-Time Aftersales Driver
About the Role
Graypaul Ferrari Nottingham is looking for a punctual and enthusiastic Aftersales Driver to join our fantastic team! As an Aftersales Driver, you should share your passion for our brand every day and immerse customers in the world of Ferrari.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Collecting and delivering vehicles from customers’ homes to the dealership and back again
- Providing friendly and attentive service throughout the process
- Advising customers of estimated arrival times via telephone
- Contacting customers with updates and delivering a warm, professional welcome upon arrival
- Ensuring the highest levels of customer service to maintain the Ferrari experience, even when customers are not visiting the showroom
This is a part-time role, working Monday to Wednesday, to ensure outstanding service delivery to all customers.
Requirements for the role:
- You must hold a valid CPO (Commercial Photo Licence).
- Previous experience working with a premium brand and understanding of the automotive industry would be beneficial, though not essential.

About You
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Excellent attention to detail – You’ll be responsible for inspecting each vehicle for safety and reporting any visible damage or blemishes.
- Strong organisation skills – You’ll coordinate multiple customer pick-ups and drop-offs efficiently.
- Familiarity with the local area and exceptional navigational skills (sat navigation is preferred).
