Graypaul Edinburgh Specialist Cars, part of the UK's leading prestige automotive retailer, the Sytner Group, is looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Executive to join our team at our Fort Kinnaird dealership.
About The Role
As a Sales Executive, you'll guide customers through every stage of their vehicle purchasing journey, from their first enquiry to handover and beyond. You'll provide a professional, personalised experience that reflects the exceptional standards of Graypaul and Sytner while helping customers find the perfect vehicle.
This is an opportunity to work with some of the world's most desirable performance, luxury and supercars. From iconic Aston Martin grand tourers to ultra-exclusive Pagani Zonda hypercars, you'll represent an extraordinary selection of specialist vehicles that inspire enthusiasts and collectors alike.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
- Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers, creating loyalty and repeat business.
- Generate sales opportunities through referrals, follow-up activity, networking and prospecting.
- Present and demonstrate a stunning range of prestige, performance and specialist vehicles with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Arrange vehicle demonstrations and test drives tailored to individual customer needs.
- Offer finance, insurance and value-added products in line with customer requirements and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems.
- Represent the Graypaul and Sytner brands with professionalism, integrity and attention to detail.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across sales, aftersales and administration to deliver a seamless customer journey.

What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive sales experience or success within a customer-focused sales environment is desirable but not essential.
- A genuine passion for prestige and performance vehicles.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- A self-motivated, target-driven mindset with the ambition to exceed expectations.
- A professional, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- A full UK driving licence.
