Fertility Advisor: Nurse/Midwife, Bank Position

📆 Flexible / Ad-hoc
🌍 UK, Remote
💰 From £30 per hour

Why Hertility?

Hertility was born out of a need for preventative, personalised and dedicated expert healthcare across a woman’s hormonal lifespan. Hertility’s at-home diagnostic testing, telemedicine, treatments, prescriptions, and clinical services provide advanced insights into reproductive health, fertility decline, and the onset of menopause, as well as the diagnosis of 18 conditions. Hertility reduces diagnosis times for some conditions from nine years to six days. 🚀

Having done over 22 clinical studies and published in leading scientific journals and presented at over 25 National and International scientific and clinical conferences, Hertility is committed to expanding its research and clinical programmes, deepening our understanding of reproductive health and influencing policy.

By setting a new standard of scientific rigour and education in women’s health, we’re nurturing the Mother of all Movements. One powered by a new generation of women backing themselves, their bodies and their life choices, from menstruation through menopause. ❤️

Why You’ll Love This Role

We’re seeking a talented nurse with experience in fertility and / or gynaecology to join our team of Fertility and Hormone Advisers on a flexible, bank basis. In this role, you will conduct virtual consultations to provide advice and support for patients throughout whatever stage of their journey, whether they are planning for the future, actively trying, just curious or experiencing symptoms. The role is varied and also includes creating clinical letters and quality checking clinical reports. This is an ad-hoc role, so you'll have the flexibility to pick up work around other clinical commitments. If you’re passionate about making a difference in women’s health, this role is for you! 🌸

What You’ll Be Doing 🌟

  • Conduct remote clinical consultations with customers to review their lab reports, provide explanations, offer evidence based advice, next steps and referrals.
  • Provide reassurance and clear next steps to customers who have received potentially distressing results.
  • Quality check clinical reports for accuracy.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions in line with professional practice standards.
  • Follow Hertility care pathways and protocols.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
