Job Description:
The FF&E Administrator provides day-to-day administrative support for furniture installation activity at Sizewell C. Working closely with the site operations team, the role helps keep information, records, schedules, and project paperwork organised and up to date. The post holder will support planning, communication, visitor and access administration, delivery coordination, meeting notes, and general project administration to help the team work efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain training, visitor, vehicle, staff, and access records, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Support badge, permit, gate pass, and temporary access requests for site teams and delivery personnel.
- Keep schedules, timesheets, attendance records, trackers, meeting notes, and daily site paperwork organised.
- Assist supervisors and the operations team with site documentation, briefing records, action logs, and general administration.
- Record queries, issues, snags, and follow-up actions, escalating items to the relevant manager or team member where required.
- Support delivery bookings, haulage records, vehicle details, warehouse updates, and FF&E stock information.
- Assist with quotations, supplier dates, layout changes, material requests, variation records, and project spreadsheets.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in administration, project support, logistics administration, construction support, or a similar role.
- A well-organised and proactive approach, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage several tasks at once.
- Good communication skills and confidence working with site teams, delivery contacts, head office colleagues, and clients.
- Confident using spreadsheets, trackers, and shared documents, with a willingness to learn project, booking, and inventory systems.
- Able to complete required site access checks, including BPSS and project-specific clearance requirements.
