Director of FF&E Procurement
Luxury Hotel Developer
Location: London | Some International Travel
Salary: £100,000 +
Do you know the luxury furniture market inside out? Do you have the contacts to prove it?
We are delighted to be working exclusively with a privately-owned luxury hotel developer on a genuinely exciting appointment. Our client owns and operates a portfolio of wholly bespoke properties - each one a unique, considered world of its own - and with an ambitious pipeline of new builds and refurbishments ahead, they need a exceptional procurement professional to lead the FF&E function at director level.
This is not a role for someone who works from catalogues. Our client operates at the very top of the market and sources furniture, lighting and objects that are as distinctive as the hotels themselves - bespoke commissions, artisan makers, pieces that cannot be found through conventional channels. The Director of FF&E Procurement will own this process entirely, from brief to installation, across every project in the portfolio.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
