Job Description
As a Fibre Home Installation Engineer at VEA Telecoms, you will play a crucial role in connecting customers to high-speed fibre broadband. You'll ensure installations are carried out efficiently, to the highest standards, and with a customer-focused approach, as you will be working inside clients' homes.

Responsibilities
- Installing and configuring fibre optic broadband systems in residential properties.
- Testing and troubleshooting to guarantee optimal system performance.
- Educating customers on system usage and addressing any queries.
- Adhering to safety and quality standards during installations.
- Maintaining accurate records of completed work and reporting issues promptly.
Requirements
- Certifications: SA001, SA002, SA008, SA051C, SA020, Confined Spaces, and NSWRA/SLG are essential.
- Previous experience in fibre installation or telecommunications is preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with fibre optic tools and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
- Full UK driving license.
