Field Account Executive

Collaboration with internal teams and clients ensures impactful solution delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Develop an account-by-account strategy to maximise revenue opportunities
  • Ensure sales and productivity targets are met (weekly, monthly, yearly)
  • Manage debt processes and work closely with clients for timely resolutions
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR rules and processes
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility
  • Displace competitive products within client bases
  • Build and develop relationships with decision-makers and influencers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for strong customer experiences

Requirements

  • Experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Motivated, resilient approach to business development and goal achievement
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with sound business awareness
  • Proven success in target-driven, fast-paced environments
  • Experience in consultative, solution-based selling
  • Ability to manage multiple complex opportunities simultaneously
  • Structured, process-driven approach to achieving outcomes
  • Experience in new business sales with a track record of meeting targets
