Proclinical is seeking a Field Analytics Manager to support the delivery of high-quality commercial analytics and reporting for international field teams. In this role, you will focus on data preparation, reporting, and analytical support to enable informed, data-driven decisions. This position involves maintaining dashboards, producing analyses, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting KPI tracking across various regions. You will work closely with Senior Analysts and Sales Operations partners to contribute to the operational excellence of the field organization.
This is a hands-on role with significant exposure to commercial data tools and stakeholders, ideal for someone detail-oriented and collaborative.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain standard sales performance reports and dashboards.
- Analyze sales trends, performance gaps, and execution metrics.
- Respond to routine and ad-hoc analytical requests.
- Support tracking of defined commercial KPIs.
- Extract, clean, validate, and structure data from systems like Salesforce, PowerBI, or Excel.
- Ensure consistency in metrics and definitions while addressing data quality issues.
- Maintain and update existing dashboards and reporting views.
- Document reporting logic and data sources.
- Assist with testing, validation, and rollout of reports or tools.
- Contribute to documentation and basic training materials.

Key Skills and Requirements:
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables and formulas.
- Familiarity with Salesforce reporting; knowledge of Tableau or PowerBI is a plus.
- Clear and structured communication skills.
- Attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to work within defined analytical frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, IT, or a related field.
- Experience or internship exposure in analytics, sales operations, or reporting roles.
- Healthcare, life sciences, or MedTech experience is advantageous.
