The Opportunity

We're looking for motivated and professional Customer Representative to join our growing team across the UK. This is a field-based role working independently within your allocated region, you'll be helping customers reconnect with the support available from their lender, providing guidance during challenging circumstances and encouraging positive engagement.

Whether you have previous field experience or are looking for a new challenge, we'd love to hear from you. We value attitude, professionalism, and communication skills above all else, with full training and ongoing support provided.

What You'll Be Doing

  • ✅ Visiting customers in their homes across your allocated territory
  • ✅ Reconnecting customers with their lender and encouraging engagement
  • ✅ Supporting conversations around financial circumstances
  • ✅ Gathering accurate customer information and completing reports
  • ✅ Identifying vulnerable customers and escalating concerns appropriately
  • ✅ Managing your own diary and workload to meet service levels
  • ✅ Ensuring all compliance and recording requirements are met
  • ✅ Delivering a professional, empathetic, and respectful customer experience
