You will: Supervise care teams to support people staying independent in their own homes Ensure personal care is delivered with dignity and respect Promote companionship and reassurance through team guidance Oversee assistance with medication, mobility, and mealtimes Lead and mentor a trusted, close-knit, local team Qualifications What we are looking for? Experience in care? Brilliant. New to supervision but already have solid care experience? That’s great too. What matters most is your passion for high-quality care and your ability to lead and support others with heart.
