Right at Home Sutton and Mid Surrey are a premium quality homecare provider, supporting older people and vulnerable adults in their own homes, with the goal to keep them safe and happy at home.
If you are a reliable, organised and caring Field Care Supervisor we would love to hear from you. You will play an integral part in coordinating the daily communications between the care team and the office team. You will be adaptable, able to relay critical information quickly and efficiently across teams and with senior leadership and be confident and assured in your ability to deliver and supervise the delivery of high-quality care.

What you will be doing:
- Provide day-to-day support and mentoring to Care Assistants, ensuring high performance.
- Onboard new Carers, introduce them to Clients, and assess competency through the Care Certificate.
- Ensure compliance with legislation, regulatory standards, and internal policies, aiming for at least a "Good" CQC rating.
- Monitor and assess clients regularly for satisfaction and quality of care.
- Deliver care calls in emergencies or gaps in the rota and manage on-call telephone support.
- Organise and deliver induction training, assess competency, and address ongoing training needs.
- Facilitate introductions between Clients and new Care Assistants; monitor, supervise, and mentor staff.

What you will need:
- Minimum of two years ‘experience of working within homecare
- Must have driving licence, own car and class 1 business insurance
- Right to work full-time in the UK
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook/ Teams
- Experience in customer facing roles
- Self-motivated and flexible, with a willingness to participate in an on-call system for out of office hours
