We’re looking for a Field Care Supervisor (in/at Location) who is passionate about supporting both our clients and our care teams, someone who enjoys being out in the community, sharing a smile and making sure everyone feels supported.

What we’re looking for
You’ll be someone who enjoys connecting with people and supporting others to do their best work.
- Experience in social care at a supervisory level
- A well-organised, self-motivated approach
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, including on-call duties
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK

A day in the life of a Field Care Supervisor
As a Field Care Supervisor, you’ll be a key point of support for both clients and care staff. You’ll spend time out in the community visiting clients, checking in with your team, and ensuring everyone feels confident, supported, and able to deliver high-quality care.
In This Role, You Will
- Carry out care assessments and regular reviews
- Monitor the wellbeing and safety of clients
- Support and develop care staff through guidance and regular supervision
- Help foster a culture where people feel comfortable raising concerns and sharing ideas
- Ensure safeguarding practices and safety standards are consistently upheld
You’ll also take part in the on-call rota, with some weekend working required.
