Field Care Supervisor
Field Care Supervisor – Beccles
Location: Home Support Matters – Beccles Branch Hours: Full-time Salary: £25,974 per annum Hours per week: 37.5
Home Support Matters is looking for a committed and compassionate Field Care Supervisor to join our Beccles team. This is a rewarding role supporting our care teams and ensuring our Supported Living customers receive safe, high-quality, and person-centred care.
What you’ll do
- Oversee customer care through assessment, care and support planning, reviews, and quality assurance
- Carry out field supervisions, competency checks and support care staff in their roles
- Ensure all care plans, risk assessments, and medication records are accurate, compliant, and up to date
- Monitor care delivery standards and support performance management when required
- Liaise with health and social care professionals to meet changing customer needs
- Complete incident reporting, audits, and documentation to CQC and organisational standards
- Provide hands-on care when necessary and contribute to the on-call rota
- Support continuous improvement in care quality across the service

About you
Essential
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or willing to work towards Level 3/4)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in working with people with learning disabilities
- Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills
- Understanding of person-centred care and safeguarding
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
