Field Coordinator

Field Coordinator – Sheffield

Location: Sheffield

Salary: £24,784.50 PA (Full-time, permanent)

Engage is a technology-driven field services provider, part of Marston Holdings Limited. We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Coordinator to join our dynamic team and keep our field operations running smoothly.


About the Role

As a Field Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing field cases, ensuring they are efficiently allocated and progressed according to service level agreements (SLAs). Your responsibilities include:

  • Handling pre-allocation checks
  • Communicating with field agents
  • Keeping field diaries up to date
  • Guaranteeing work compliance with legal deadlines

This is the perfect role for someone with a keen eye for detail, a passion for problem-solving, and comfort using spreadsheets. You’ll also need to liaise effectively with engineers and internal teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Allocate work to field agents following the agreed process
  • Review and analyse data to support allocation decisions
  • Provide coordination tasks to enhance service delivery
  • Collaborate closely with third-party contacts and stakeholders to meet booking demands
  • Maintain and update field diaries and holiday logs
  • Produce reports to aid business analysis
  • Coordinate with field agents on short-notice cases to meet SLAs
  • Utilise knowledge of UK geography to efficiently manage case allocations

Requirements

We’re looking for:

  • Familiarity with Excel, with strong data-handling and spreadsheet-crafting skills
  • A working knowledge of UK geography (helpful for case management)
  • Experience in a similar role or sector is advantageous, though not mandatory
