The Opportunity
Location: Brentwood, Billericay and Basildon
Salary: £16.75 - £17.75 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract: Permanent

We're looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Field Dental Nurse to support our practices across Brentwood, Billericay and Basildon. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of experienced clinicians and practice teams while expanding your clinical knowledge and developing your career.

The Role
As a Field Dental Nurse, You Will
- Provide chairside support across multiple practices within your designated region.
- Deliver exceptional patient care while maintaining the highest clinical standards.
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, safe, and compliant clinical environment.
- Follow infection prevention and control protocols in line with CQC and HTM guidance.
- Support clinicians across a range of treatments and procedures.
- Work flexibly as part of different practice teams, adapting quickly to new environments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with the smooth day-to-day running of each practice.
- Build positive relationships with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team culture across the region.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A recognised Dental Nursing qualification.
- Current GDC registration.
- Access to your own vehicle and the ability to travel between practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a team.
- A strong understanding of CQC requirements and high clinical standards.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A friendly, professional, and patient-focused approach.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to support colleagues wherever needed.
