About the Role
Our telecoms client is recruiting several Field Engineers across England and Scotland, initially for six-month contracts and within the IR35 framework.

Key Responsibilities
The Field Engineer will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and executing field service activities in support of the Service Function (SF) in Operations and Engineering. This includes:
- Carrying out in-site activities required to uphold Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance standards.
- Ensuring that customer services remain continuously available and meet performance expectations.
Essential Requirements
- Vendor Equipment Experience – Proficient with Huawei, Ericsson ERS, and Nokia Airscale.
- BTS/RAN + Microwave Operations & Maintenance (O&M) – Hands-on expertise required.
- Height Climbing Ability – Must hold an up-to-date climbing certificate, or be willing to complete pre-role training.
- Use of Ladder/post – Must bring and use sufficient personal climbing equipment to full SFD to full SFD of the equipment [assumed typo; clarify if needed] e.g. scaffold towers/working with wiring and splicing.
- Personal Transport – Own car with valid license is mandatory.
