The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Field Enterprise Account Manager to drive growth for HPE Networking across a portfolio of named UK enterprise account within the Enterprise & Manufacturing market.
You’ll own strategic account relationships, expand networking footprint, and drive adoption of our full portfolio, including:
- AI-driven networking and automation
- Wired and wireless LAN
- SD-WAN and edge connectivity
- Zero Trust security, SASE, and policy enforcement
- Cloud-managed networking
- Edge-to-cloud infrastructure solutions
This role is ideal for a strategic, consultative seller who thrives on building long-term customer partnerships and influencing technology transformation at scale.
What You’ll Do
- Grow and manage relationships with senior enterprise stakeholders, including IT leaders and C-suite decision-makers.
- Lead account strategy, planning, pipeline development, and forecasting.
- Position HPE Networking’s differentiated solutions across connectivity, security, automation, and hybrid architectures.
- Work closely with pre-sales, technical specialists, channel partners, and HPE teams to deliver customer success.
- Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business cases.
- Maintain disciplined forecasting and CRM accuracy.

What You’ll Bring
- Proven success selling networking, cloud, security, or IT infrastructure solutions into manufacturing or enterprise customers.
- Strong understanding of enterprise networking technologies (switching, wireless, automation, SD-WAN, security, cloud networking).
- Ability to build and execute strategic account plans in complex customer environments.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- A consultative, customer-focused approach with the ability to simplify technical value.
- Strong references demonstrating consistent performance in enterprise accounts.
