Field Manager

Field Installations Manager

As a Field Installations Manager, you'll play a key part in delivering exceptional service to our customers and installers. Your primary tasks will include:

  • Guiding and supporting a network of installation businesses across the North West region
  • Finding and bringing in new installers to collaborate with us
  • Building strong partnerships with our stores and the National Customer Service Centre
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for both customers and installers
  • Ensuring installation work meets our quality standards by:
    • Monitoring installation quality
    • Implementing effective risk management strategies
  • Guaranteeing compliance with health and safety guidelines among installers
  • Continuously improving service quality and managing costs
  • Working closely with store teams and Design Consultants to enhance our installation delivery processes

You’ll also frequently engage in on-site visits, fostering relationships and driving progress forward.


Permanent and full-time position

  • Hours: 40 per week
  • Locations: Gloucestershire, Newport, and Herefordshire

This key position requires an experienced professional to effectively manage a multi-location team, either in a field role or from a senior store manager perspective. Key responsibilities include:

### Requirements

We are seeking candidates with:

  • Proven experience in team management across multiple locations

  • Strong ability to build rapport and influence teams and individuals

  • Ability to communicate effectively and empathise with diverse audiences

  • Commitment to high standards and professional development

  • A valid UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel

  • (Preferred but not essential): Experience in home improvement installations.

  • Most importantly, influence, engagement, and connection with others drive success within this role.
