About this role
We're looking for a driven Field Market Activator to join our UK Sales team. This is a permanent, field-based role predominantly covering Hertfordshire and key surrounding areas including Amersham, Beaconsfield, Marlow, Henley, High Wycombe, Aylesbury and Buckingham.
As the face of Just Eat on the ground, your mission is to secure high-value partnerships and drive immediate commercial impact. You will spend your days in the field, visiting priority restaurant and retail partners face-to-face, negotiating profitable terms, and setting them up for long-term growth on our platform.
Location: Hybrid – Field-based (Hertfordshire)
Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
- Drive Acquisition & Orders: Identify, negotiate with, and sign up high-priority partners to hit monthly acquisition and order volume targets, ensuring every new partner delivers clear value.
- Own the Launch Quality: Take full accountability for how partners look when they go live - ensuring high-quality setups including optimised descriptions, offers, imagery, and promotional bundles.
- Hyper-Focus on Early Trading: Monitor and optimise partner performance during their critical first 28 days on the platform to guarantee a successful launch and future success.
- Build Profitable Partnerships: Conduct face-to-face field visits to build deep, consultative relationships that drive mutual profitability for both the partner and Just Eat.
- Collaborate for Growth: Leverage local data and insights to help your regional team smash collective metrics and expand our customer footprint.

What will you bring to the table?
- Proven Sales Track Record: Previous experience in a field sales or account acquisition role, with a natural hunger to hit targets and deliver results consistently.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build mutually beneficial, profitable business cases face-to-face and close deals effectively.
- Relationship Excellence: Enthusiastic, resilient, and highly influential, with the ability to quickly build trust and rapport with partners on the high street.
- Self-Motivated & Results-Driven: Ability to work autonomously, manage your time effectively across a large territory, and prioritize high-impact activities.
- Planning & Organization: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring every partner launch is set up for success from day one.
- Adaptability & Learning Agility: Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and eager to learn and refine your approach based on data and feedback.
- Full UK Driving Licence: Essential for regular field visits across your territory to meet partners face-to-face.
