The Momentum
We combine the credibility of a market leader with the high-octane speed of a startup.
The DNA
We hire "Hold Nothing Back" individuals - passionate professionals who want to redefine how the world interacts with technology.
The Role
We're hiring a Field Marketing Associate to support regional event and demand generation execution across APAC. Reporting to the Field Marketing Manager, you'll be the operational engine behind our APAC field programs, partnering closely with Sales, Demand Generation, and regional agencies to make sure every program is well-run and every lead gets followed up on.
A core part of this role is learning to connect execution to pipeline. You won't just run logistics — you'll track who showed up, what happened after, and whether it turned into pipeline, building the instincts of a field marketer who thinks in outcomes, not just checklists.
As our Field Marketing Associate, you will support the full lifecycle of APAC field programs — from event logistics and vendor coordination to lead capture, reporting, and Sales follow-up. This is a hands-on, execution-first role built for someone early in their field marketing career who wants to grow into owning their own regional patch.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives on details other people miss, and is energized by the pace of events and regional markets. This is a rare opportunity to build a field marketing career inside a fast-scaling category leader, with a clear growth path into regional ownership.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
