Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Europe Field Sales Manager based in the UK to drive Evoto's presence across the region.
This is a field-oriented role focused on executing regional events and trade shows, generating qualified sales opportunities, developing relationships with photographers and creative professionals, and driving revenue growth across Europe.
The ideal candidate enjoys being on the road, meeting customers face-to-face, and turning conversations into business opportunities. You will own the full funnel for SMB opportunities while partnering with Key Account teams on larger strategic opportunities.
Success in this role will be measured by SQL generation, event ROI, pipeline creation, SMB revenue contribution, and strategic customer development across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Event & Trade Show Execution
- Plan, coordinate, and execute Evoto's participation in trade shows, photography events, workshops, and industry conferences across Europe.
- Own on-site event execution, including booth operations, customer engagement, product demonstrations, and lead generation activities.
- Generate and qualify Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through face-to-face interactions and ensure timely follow-up.

Business Development & Customer Engagement
- Develop and maintain relationships with photographers, studios, creative agencies, and strategic partners across Europe.
- Conduct regular customer visits to identify business opportunities and gather market insights.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, customer introductions, and event-generated leads.
- Identify partnership opportunities with photography communities, associations, and industry influencers.
Sales Ownership
- Own and close SMB opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing.
- Collaborate with Key Account teams to transition larger and more strategic opportunities when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and sales activities through CRM systems.
- Achieve quarterly targets across SQL generation, pipeline creation, and revenue contribution.
Market Development
- Act as Evoto's ambassador across the European photography and creative ecosystem.
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and regional opportunities.
- Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to improve customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Support localized campaigns and initiatives to strengthen Evoto's brand presence across Europe.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in field sales, business development, event marketing, account management, or related commercial roles.
- Proven track record of generating pipelines and closing SMB opportunities.
- Experience working with photographers, creative professionals, creator communities, or SMB customers is highly desirable.
- Comfortable representing brands at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings.
- Excellent selling, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently across multiple European markets.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required. Additional European languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian, etc.) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Europe (approximately 40–60%).
