Our mission
π We're making cash management easy and rewarding
Spiko is a Paris-based fintech, founded in 2023 by Paul-Adrien Hyppolite and Antoine Michon. We empower businesses of all sizes to access the best cash management products that are usually reserved for large corporations and institutional investors. Our products are available through a web app, via API, or through a growing network of distribution partners. Unlike banks, which tend to offer rigid products, our solutions are straightforward, transparent, and incredibly flexible.
Hundreds of companies trust us to collectively manage hundreds of millions of euros through our platform.
The role: Field Marketing & CFO Community Lead
As our first Field Marketing & CFO Community Lead, you will build and animate a community of CFOs and finance leaders around Spiko, and you will own how Spiko shows up wherever those leaders already gather.
You'll run events on two fronts: the ones you create yourself (exclusive lunches, breakfasts, roundtables) and Spiko's presence at the industry conferences and trade shows that matter across Europe (booths, speaking slots, side events).
Key Responsibilities
- Own Spiko's presence at third-party events and trade shows: Work with the local sales and marketing teams to pick the industry conferences, fintech salons, and CFO summits worth showing up to across Europe. Make each one count: manage booths and sponsorships, secure speaking slots for the team, and turn every appearance into qualified pipeline.
- Plan and execute Spiko's own events: Own the end-to-end production of exclusive lunches, breakfasts, roundtables, and networking events for prospects and clients. Handle logistics, guest curation, speaker selection, and post-event follow-ups.
- Build and grow Spiko's CFO community: Create a community CFOs want to be part of. It's built in the room first, through the lunches, roundtables, and conferences where finance leaders meet their peers and keep coming back. Between events, you'll bring them together in one place online, through a dedicated community tool.
- Keep the community warm between events: Alongside the events themselves, run a recurring newsletter (market insights, peer benchmarks, expert takes), share event recaps and highlights on LinkedIn, and keep that space active.
- Develop co-marketing opportunities: Identify and engage relevant partners (accounting firms, CFO networks, industry associations) to amplify community reach.
- Measure and optimize impact: Track community growth, event attendance, engagement metrics, and pipeline contribution. Use data to continuously improve formats, and outreach.

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who we're looking for
Requirements (must-haves):
- Events and field-marketing experience: You have at least 3 years organizing B2B events, building communities and owning a company's presence at industry conferences and trade shows, ideally for a senior finance or C-level audience.
- Sharp communication and negotiation: You can write the kind of newsletter, event invite, or LinkedIn recap that a busy CFO will actually open and read. Native-level French and fluent English.
- Negotiation and sharp communication: You build relationships easily with senior leaders and you're persuasive when it counts: securing speaking slots, closing venue deals, or convincing a busy CFO to show up. Writing comes easily to handle an invite or a newsletter when needed. Fluent English.
- Strong project management: You're rigorous and detail-oriented, juggling several events at once (logistics, vendors, guest lists, budgets) without dropping the ball.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: You are creative, proactive, and highly ambitious, driven to play a key role in building a global leader in financial services, fully embracing the dedication and challenges this entails.
- Autonomy: You are highly autonomous in managing the responsibilities of this role, reporting to the Head of Growth.
- A real interest in finance: You care about financial services and you're excited about what Spiko is building.
- Willingness to travel: As Spiko expands across Europe, this role will involve regular travel to organize events or attend events in different markets. Expect roughly one trip per month.
