Job Overview
As a Field Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for visiting independent retail (IR) stores to strengthen retailer relationships, improve brand visibility, secure premium in-store display opportunities, and execute trade marketing activities. You will play an important role in growing our brand presence at the point of sale while providing valuable market insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit independent retail stores within your assigned territory daily.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and retail staff.
- Negotiate and secure high-visibility display locations for company products and promotional materials.
- Ensure POS materials, displays, and merchandising standards are implemented and maintained.
- Execute in-store promotional and trade marketing activities in line with company plans.
- Increase brand visibility and ensure that stores present the brand in accordance with company standards.
- Monitor product availability and identify opportunities to improve in-store execution.
- Collect competitor intelligence, including pricing, promotions, product launches, and merchandising activities.
- Complete store visit reports and maintain accurate records using the company's CRM or reporting system.
- Support regional marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.

Requirements
- Approximately 1 year of experience in field sales, merchandising, retail execution, trade marketing, field marketing, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Experience working with independent retailers or convenience stores is an advantage.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confident negotiating with store owners and influencing in-store execution.
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Ability to manage daily travel within an assigned territory.
- Basic Microsoft Office and mobile reporting skills.
- A valid UK driving licence is required.
- Full right to work in the UK.
