Description
We are looking for a Field Marketing Executive to drive the attendance, delivery, and commercial return of Colibri Digital’s event programme. Working across our own hosted events, industry exhibitions, and high-profile partner showcases with AWS and Databricks, you will be instrumental in converting attendees into qualified sales meetings. By leveraging targeted CRM marketing, you will ensure the pipeline you generate is nurtured, sustained, and translated into tangible business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Event planning and delivery – own end-to-end delivery of Colibri and partner (AWS, Microsoft, Databricks) events, including webinars, roundtables, conferences, and sponsorships: venue sourcing, logistics, budget management, and on-site hosting.
- Attendance generation – build and execute invitation campaigns, partner co-marketing activity, and targeted prospect lists to drive registrations and maximise show-up rate.
- Post-event conversion – run a disciplined follow-up cadence, book meetings, and work closely with the sales team to convert attendees into pipeline.
- CRM marketing – build segmentation, campaigns, and nurture flows in CRM systems, maintaining accurate data to support attendance generation, follow-up, and reporting.
- Reporting and continuous improvement – track attendance, conversion, and pipeline sourced from events, feeding insights back into event strategy and budget allocation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
