Location: UK-based Employer: PAX (Hayati®)

Job Overview As a Field Marketing Manager at PAX (Hayati®), you will oversee offline marketing promotion and event delivery within your assigned UK region. By deeply engaging with the local market, you’ll work to boost brand penetration, drive business growth, and strengthen regional market influence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end offline marketing activities, including field promotions, roadshows, and territory-focused campaigns.
  • Build and enhance brand awareness by increasing local market penetration and influencing purchasing decisions at the point of sale.
  • Identify local business opportunities, support regional expansion, and maintain strong relationships with partners and sales channels.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and data—collect insights, analyse results, and optimise local marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate event logistics, on-site execution, and personnel management to ensure smooth delivery of offline activities.
  • Collaborate with branding, PR, and social media teams to integrate online and offline campaigns and maximise regional campaign impact.

Requirements

  • Proven UK-based career, with in-depth knowledge of local market landscapes, consumer behaviour, and industry practices.
  • Strong network of established industry professionals in the UK.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in:
    • Field marketing and territory management.
    • Consumer electronics marketing (preferred).
  • Expertise in UK offline marketing models, capable of independently planning and executing regional campaigns.
  • Strong business development and channel management skills with excellent execution, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Result-driven mindset—excels in fieldwork, high-pressure environments, and adaptability.
  • Proficient in data analysis and strategy optimisation.
  • Must be eligible to work full-time in the UK (no visa sponsorship available).
