Field Marketing Manager

Field Marketing Manager at PAX (Hayati®)

Job Overview

As a Field Marketing Manager at PAX (Hayati®), you will be responsible for offline marketing promotion and event delivery within your assigned region. By deeply cultivating the local market, you will be responsible for boosting brand penetration and driving regional business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end offline marketing activities, including field promotion, roadshows, and other offline marketing activities across the territory.
  • Drive regional brand building and market penetration to enhance local brand exposure and influence at the point of sale.
  • Identify local business opportunities, support regional expansion, and maintain solid relationships with local partners and channels.
  • Monitor market developments and competitor activities, collect and analyse market data, and optimise local marketing plans accordingly.
  • Coordinate event materials, on-site arrangements, and manpower to ensure smooth delivery and successful outcomes of offline activities.
  • Collaborate with branding, PR, and social media teams to integrate online and offline marketing, and maximise regional campaign impact.

Requirements

  • Built career in the UK with in-depth knowledge of the local market landscape, regional consumer profiles, and business practices, as well as established local industry networks.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above. Majors in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or related fields are preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in field marketing and territory management; experience in the consumer electronics industry is highly preferred.
  • Well-versed in UK offline marketing models, with the proven ability to independently plan and execute regional marketing campaigns.
  • Strong capabilities in business development and channel management. Excellent execution, on-site organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Result-oriented mindset, able to conduct fieldwork and perform well under pressure.
  • Possess solid data analysis and strategy optimisation ability.
  • Candidate must be eligible to work full-time in the UK without visa sponsorship.
