Field Marketing Manager - AI Marketing Programs & Events

Job Description

Who We Are

Join Oracle as a Senior Field Marketing Manager – AI Events & Executive Engagement, part of a global team supporting Oracle's AI initiatives.

In this role, you'll lead the planning and execution of customer events, executive engagement programs, industry conferences, and strategic partner initiatives across the United Kingdom. Working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Strategic Partners, Corporate Events, and regional marketing teams, you'll deliver exceptional customer experiences that build customer relationships, support pipeline growth, and strengthen Oracle's AI presence in the UK while collaborating with colleagues across EMEA and global teams.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Plan and execute integrated field marketing programs supporting Oracle's AI initiatives across the United Kingdom.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of customer events, executive engagements, industry conferences, roundtables, and strategic partner activities.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to support customer acquisition, pipeline growth, and opportunity acceleration.
  • Manage event budgets, vendors, agencies, venues, logistics, communications, sponsorships, and onsite delivery.
  • Serve as the field marketing subject matter expert for the UK, providing guidance on local event planning, procurement, supplier management, and compliance.
  • Partner with Procurement, Legal, Corporate Events, vendors, and agencies to ensure compliance with Oracle policies and regional regulations.
  • Build strong relationships across Sales, Product Marketing, Strategic Partners, Corporate Events, Communications, Customer Success, and regional marketing teams.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across EMEA and global teams, working across multiple countries, cultures, and time zones.
  • Measure program success through executive engagement, event performance, pipeline influence, opportunity progression, and return on investment.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience planning and executing customer events, executive engagement programs, industry conferences, and strategic partner events.
  • Demonstrated success delivering integrated marketing programs that increase awareness, generate pipeline, and support business growth.
  • Experience executing field marketing programs within the United Kingdom.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, event compliance, and GDPR requirements.
  • Experience partnering with Sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience working within global organizations and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Excellent project management, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Location

This is a remote role based in the United Kingdom. Approximately 20–30% travel within the UK is required to support customer events, executive engagements, industry conferences, and regional marketing initiatives.

As part of Oracle's global AI marketing organization, you'll serve as the regional expert for field marketing execution in the United Kingdom. You'll help navigate local business practices, supplier relationships, procurement processes, operational requirements, and compliance while partnering closely with colleagues across EMEA and global teams. Occasional flexibility outside standard UK business hours may be required to support international collaboration.
