Hypernative

Hypernative is the leader in real-time threat prevention for digital assets. We help financial institutions, asset managers, DeFi platforms, and other web3 participants stop exploits before they happen, mitigate fraud, achieve regulatory compliance, and prevent financial losses. As the trust and enablement layer for institutional digital asset operations, our platform secures billions in on-chain value for the world's top enterprises and web3 players.

We're looking for a Field Marketing Manager to join our growing team and report to the Head of Marketing. You'll own the execution of our EMEA event presence, from major conferences and side events to executive roundtables, and serve as the local marketing lead for our EMEA and APAC sales teams.

Hypernative shows up at more than 45 events a year around the world, and EMEA is one of our most active regions. This is a high-impact role for a field marketer who knows the European crypto and digital asset circuit, builds relationships that turn into pipeline, and executes flawlessly on the ground while partnering with a global strategy team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
