About the Role
As a Field Marketing Manager, EMEA at Branch, you will own and manage our pipeline-generating programs across EMEA. The Field Marketing Manager should have a passion for creating experiences that connect customers and industry experts with our brand. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is a hands-on problem solver looking for an opportunity to grow and have a direct impact.
Partnering with our EMEA sales team is at the core of this role. You’ll plan programs with them, report back on what’s working, and be measured on the pipeline you build together.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft and execute targeted marketing campaigns and programs to meet regional goals, including but not limited to events, digital marketing, and ABM.
- Partner with EMEA sales day to day, from joint planning of programs and target accounts through to reporting on pipeline and ROI, so marketing and sales work from the same goals and the same numbers.
- Manage all elements of the marketing campaign, including planning, execution, logistics, and reporting.
- Design, run, and manage event-based marketing programs that drive a qualified sales pipeline independently.
- Partner with our teams to source participants, presenters, and speakers for all our programs.
- Experiment with new and creative ways to engage our audience.
- Use AI tools to work faster, from drafting content, briefs, and outreach to QA-ing programs and pulling insights out of campaign data.
- Support follow-up activities in close collaboration with the broader sales team, and report on program feedback and ROI, as well as iterations on future activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure positioning, messaging, goals, deliverables, and tactics are achieved before, during, and after each respective event.
- Localize global campaigns so they fit European markets, buyers, and languages.
- Grow the prospect database of addressable leads within the region.
- Rally cross-functional resources and teams (such as Sales and Customer Success) to drive interest and registrations.
- Travel to and from events for on-site management and coordination (10%–15% of the time).

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
