About the Role
As EMEA’s first dedicated Field Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in wielding demand generation, events, and community-building strategies to accelerate Laurel’s European expansion. Based in or near London, this hybrid role demands cultural fluency, sales synergy, and an ability to level-up from local grassroots effort into a robust, continent-wide EMEA marketing engine.

Key Focus Areas

Events Strategy (50%):
- Architect high-scalability event programs: craft executive dinners, roundtables, roadshows, and trade show partnerships tailored to legal and accounting UIP (Managing Partners, CFOs, CIOs, Operations Leaders).
- Employ "time-respectful" design—every moment should deliver measurable business value.
- Oversee playbook development (pre/post event playbooks, automated outreach cadences, sales coordination).
- Partner with sales to drive attendance, conversion, and pipeline contribution.
- Bring incisive analytics to bear in performance tracking (pipeline per attendee, cost-per-attendee, event ARR impact).

Cross-Functional Collaboration (30%):
- Act as EMEA marketing anchor to US-based Demand Gen and Community teams, ensuring messaging and strategy progressly regionally.
- Align with Product Marketing to adapt global campaigns to Laurel’s time intelligence value proposition.
- Work closely with Sales, RevOps, and Growth Marketing (led by our VP of Growth Marketing, based in the US).
- Report bold insights back to the marketing team to align with global strategy.

Community Building (20%):
- Lay the foundation for Laurel’s EMEA community, connecting stakeholders through private insights, peer learning, and thought leadership.
- Feed event insights into case studies, social content, and content initiatives that reflect the reputation of professional services leaders.
- Support integrated campaigns, including executive-level gifting and personalised pipeliners for the European market.

Qualifications
Required Experience
- Professional B2B marketing experience in 4–6 years with versatility in demand generation, events, or field marketing—ideally within legal tech, accounting software, SaaS, or professional services (minimum 2 of these environments demonstrated through results).
- Proficient in executing events (from intimate stakeholder meetings up to large-scale trade shows). Experience deploying insights from past events to drive measurable revenue pipeline growth.
- Adept at event automation and scaling logistics using platforms like HubSpot, Pardot, or similar automation tools.
- Capability in data-driven decision-making—experience tracking event metrics (cost per attendee, opportunity turnover rate) and linking efforts to ARR impact.
- Localized playbook excellence—we need someone adept at aligning team collaboration prior to, during, and post-event to maximise ROI.
- Profound understanding of European UIP dynamics and decision-making processes using custom case studies.
