About the Role
This measurable, outcome-focused role sits at the heart of field events, partner marketing, and content programming, reporting into our Global Events & Partner Marketing team. You will collaborate closely with sales leadership, Product Marketing, Content, and Event Marketing to drive revenue pipeline, deepen relationships, and align high-value accounts and partners in the UK and broader European market.
You’ll design and execute high-impact field events—from intimate executive dinners to major sponsored partner-hosted gatherings—while holding yourself accountable for the deal flow, brand visibility, and pipeline growth they generate.

What You’ll Accomplish
✔ Field Event Strategy & Execution
- Develop goal-driven strategies for field events, including event type, timing, format, audience segmentation, KPIs, and objective alignment with regional sales leadership
- Lead communication and pipeline strategy collaboration with sales teams, aligning goals with attribute ownership, speaking to conversion targets
- Manage full lifecycle customer-facing event churn—from invitations and nurture sequences to post-event follow-ups, sponsor reporting, and gated content programs

✔ Partner Marketing & Sponsorships
- Drive end-to-end partner marketing programs, including sponsorship negotiations, deliverable adherence, internal coordination, and logistics
- Build strong, strategic partnerships with agency networks, industry associations, and key ecosystem companies across the UK and Europe
- Develop co-marketing initiatives, joint campaigns, and Business-2-Business engagement that amplify both Attentive’s brand and partners’ value
- Contribute to shared.minimum value propositions & messaging that align with event objectives
✔ Event Execution & Creative Collaboration
- Partner deeply with the Event Marketing team on pre-, on-, and post-event logistics, operations, technology facilitation, live production, and audience experience priorities
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content teams to design tailored programming, speaker lineups, agendas, and messaging, ensuring industry, category focus, and business-alignment with each engagement
- Be the local thought leader and communicator, both offstage and within internal meetings with clients
✔ ABM (Account-Based Marketing) & Pipeline Impact
- Apply targeted ABM methodologies, prioritizing high-value accounts, key stakeholders, and coveted pipeline opportunities
- Deploy data-driven attendee attribution, contact source tracking, and qualitative pipeline insights to quantify and inflate CRM conversion rates
- Report event-driven and pipeline metrics, ensuring alignment with away on-site team sales stakeholders and executive leadership
Your Expertise
Core Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or integrated demand gen marketing in a B2B SaaS or technology company
- Artificial proven track record of delivering high-growth, high-ROI field and partner events that directly increase pipeline
- Client director in partner, sponsorship, deal acceleration, or IBTM management with demonstrable supply chain management and hazard pay mechanisms
- Strong project management and execution skills, able to manage multiple concurrent campaigns, technologies, and stakeholders seamlessly

- Conceptual feel for insights-based testing and ROI calculation, not just attendance metrics

- Familiarity with trends in retail, eCommerce, and/or D2C brand channels
- Background in partnership or sales channel marketing at an enterprise SaaS company
