About the Role
Drive high-impact marketing programmes that connect strategy to measurable growth. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the planning and delivery of targeted, segment-specific marketing initiatives that support pipeline generation and sales success. Working closely with sales, corporate marketing and external partners, you will bring campaigns to life across multiple channels while ensuring clear alignment to commercial objectives.
As a Field Marketing Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns and selected events. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, managing campaign development, supplier relationships and performance analysis. This role offers strong visibility across the business, with a focus on delivering engaging programmes that drive demand, nurture prospects and support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns targeting customers and qualified prospects
- Deliver multi-channel marketing programmes including webinars, digital campaigns, promotions, case studies and events
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, assets and external suppliers to ensure seamless delivery
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop compelling customer stories and case studies
- Track and analyse campaign performance, including lead generation and return on investment
- Support internal communications to keep sales teams informed of marketing initiatives and available resources
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners and internal stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
Essential experience:
- Proven experience planning and delivering marketing campaigns and events
- Experience managing budgets, projects and supplier relationships
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate technical content for broader audiences
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, SEO, online lead generation and social media
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Experience in Telecommunications, Technology, or complex B2B services environments
Nice to Have:
- Experience producing case studies or customer success stories
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms or analytics tools
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field, or equivalent qualifications
