Field Marketing Manager
Field Marketing Manager (Regional) – UK
Location: UK (Region-Specific) Employer: PAX (Hayati®)
Job Overview
As a Field Marketing Manager at PAX (Hayati®), you will drive offline marketing activities, event delivery, and regional business growth within your assigned territory. By deeply cultivating the local market, you will boost brand penetration and ensure successful campaign execution across the UK landscape.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver end-to-end offline marketing activities, including:
- Field promotions
- Roadshows
- Offline brand activations for Taruriere (e.g., PAX Hayati® and other brand portfolios)

Drive regional brand building and market penetration to enhance:
- Local brand exposure
- Point-of-sale influence
- Consumer awareness

Identify and exploit local business opportunities, with a focus on:
- Expanding market reach
- Strengthening partnerships with local suppliers, retailers, and distributors

Monitor and analyse market trends, competitors, and consumer data to:
- Refine marketing strategies
- Optimise resource allocation
- Improve campaign performance

Coordinate and execute offline activities, including:
- Event logistics
- On-site materiel management (e.g., tech demos, displays)
- Resource deployment (e.g., sales teams, promoters)

Requirements
Essential
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in field marketing/territory management, ideally with:
- UK market expertise (consumer behaviours, B2C channels)
- Experience in consumer electronics, FMCG, or tech-related industries
- Strong offline event execution capabilities (planning, budgeting, promotion)
- Proven ability to build local partnerships and stakeholder relations
- Data-driven mindset with skills in market analysis and strategy adjustment
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, or related fields
- Eligibility to work full-time in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
Preferred
- Industry-specific experience with PAX, Hayati®, or similar consumer tech brands
- Multilingual skills (beneficial for B2C engagement in the UK)
- Prior exposure to post-IPO corporate structures or fast-scaling startups
