Most people wait years for a real opportunity to lead. Ours is built into the role.
Relay Direct is a UK field sales and marketing agency on a mission: acquire 100,000 recurring customers in the next 12 months for our flagship client, Milk & More — the doorstep delivery brand trusted by households across Britain.
We don't say that lightly. We've already delivered 60,000+ customers for them and are transforming their new customer lifetime value. Off the back of those results, we've just opened our newest office in Milton Keynes — and we're looking for ambitious people to grow with it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
