Pay: $15/hour base pay + uncapped bonuses and commission opportunities

TruHome is looking for motivated and outgoing Field Marketing Representatives to join our team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to build experience in sales, marketing, and customer engagement while earning additional income through performance-based bonuses and commissions.

What You'll Do
- Connect with homeowners in local communities.
- Introduce homeowners to TruHome's products and services.
- Schedule free consultations with our design team.
- Generate leads and help support company growth.
- Represent TruHome in a professional and positive manner.
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing personality.
- Strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with homeowners.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- No previous sales experience required — training provided!
