As a global Field Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for designing and executing high-impact marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, generate high-quality lead and sales meetings, and nurture Malt clients, in the UK and globally.

While your primary focus is the French market, you will play a pivotal role in the global marketing squad, sharing best practices and supporting cross-regional campaigns to support global sales strategy.

You will report to the global Head of Field Marketing, inside the Demand & Performance marketing team.

Key Responsibilities ✨

Plan and deliver demand generation programs to acquire new Enterprise customers and market to existing customers, including integrated campaigns, events, ABM 1to1 programs and digital marketing. Partner with the relevant marketing teams (Demand Gen, Communications, Product Marketing or Brand) to create demand generation campaigns or localize global campaigns covering all our business in the UK. Establish the calendar of events (both digital and physical) and marketing campaigns, taking into account sales objectives and go-to-market strategies. Organize events (Malt’s run event and sponsorship to external events), leveraging resources as needed. Align with the Enterprise & global sales teams. Work closely with sales leadership to align the marketing activities to the business needs & organisation, hold business reviews, and participate in sales meetings. Facilitate access to all marketing resources (events / ebooks / articles etc.) Facilitate feedback loop with sales. Analyse results, metrics and reports to determine effectiveness of program activities. Participate in transversal projects and / or global activities. 3 to 5 years of B2B field or event marketing experience preferably in the tech industry. Experience supporting complex buying cycles and interacting effectively with large sales teams (meaning you are assertive and vocal enough). Superior project management skills as you will be working on several projects at once in a fast-paced environment and will need to be autonomous. High comfort level with a fast-changing environment. Full proficiency in English is required; fluency in Spanish would be significant plus. Experience and ease with the following tools is appreciated: Salesforce (or similar CRM), marketing automation (Marketo, Hubspot, etc.) etc.

First call with Esra, our Talent Acquisition Partner, to better understand your background, aspirations and answer any questions you may have. (30-45 minutes) Interview with your future manager, Marthe Buisson, Head of Field Marketing, to delve into your experience and the specifics of the role. (45 minutes) Home assignment for you to complete, which will be evaluated by Marthe and a member of the sales team in order to assess your technical skills. Final interview with a C-Level leader to discuss Malt’s long-term vision.
