Field Operations Manager

Location: United Kingdom (Field Based)
Employment Type: Full Time

About Foodhub

Foodhub is one of the UK's leading food ordering and restaurant technology companies, supporting thousands of restaurants with online ordering, EPOS solutions, payment technology, and digital growth solutions.

We're looking for an experienced Field Operations Manager to lead and support our UK Field Operations team. This is a leadership role where you'll spend the majority of your time in the field, coaching teams, building strong relationships with restaurant partners, driving operational excellence, and supporting the growth of Foodhub's products and services.

This is not a restaurant or hotel operations management role. We're looking for someone who has successfully managed field-based teams across multiple locations, ideally within technology, payments, telecommunications, retail technology, SaaS, or similar industries.

Candidates from Regional Sales Management, Field Operations, Area Management, Customer Success, or Technical Field Support backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Be Doing

Field Operations Leadership

  • Lead, coach and support a team of field-based professionals across the UK.
  • Travel extensively to restaurant partner locations, providing hands-on operational support.
  • Conduct regular field visits, operational reviews and performance audits.
  • Ensure operational standards and service quality are consistently delivered.
  • Build trusted relationships with restaurant owners, managers and key stakeholders.
  • Drive adoption and increased utilisation of Foodhub's products and services across the existing customer base.
  • Identify operational improvements and implement best practices across the field team.
  • Provide regular operational insights, trends and recommendations to senior leadership.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
