Job Description
Purpose:
To provide a resource to Field Operations with oversight of the MNX Service Partners ensuring optimum operational, compliance and fiscal results.
Service Partner refers to an airline, ground vendor or wholesaler who supplies services to MNX.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Onboarding of new Service Partners and facilitating negotiation of rates including routine rate reviews.
- Review and update Ground agent QC Codes on a daily basis for accuracy and make necessary corrections with supervisor approval.
- Ensure Service Partners in assigned region are aware of MNX service standards and comply with providing feedback when standards are not met.
- Review and work with Operations and Profit Assurance on Vendor ELID issues.
- Create strong relationships with our service partners via consistent communication.
- Assist Regional Directors with preparing monthly vendor reports and distribute to ground agents.
- Work with the FOPS team, Vendor Management, and Accounting to resolve Ground Vendor payable issues.
- Participate in service reviews to verify that performance is of acceptable quality and that MNX’s expectations are being met. Quality control is about adherence to requirements.
- Setting up and maintain NetAgent and MxPartner access/logins Liaison between Field Operations and Vendor Management on the onboarding of new vendors by Validating insurance of vendors/drivers as well as obtaining necessary documentation needed.
- Coordinate mass communication to vendors (New customer, new services (non-compliance messaging).

Requirements

- 2+ year experience in transportation, quality control and compliance.
- Experience in related field (Extensive internal financial, vendor management and consulting experience).
- Proven ability to develop effective relationships and to work at all levels of the company including senior and executive management.
- Experience working effectively across divisional lines in a complex, multi-site organization.
- Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral), presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Results oriented and possess excellent analytical, facilitation and strategic planning skills.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
