We're excited to welcome a motivated Field Operations Support Driver to join our team at Culligan based from our Hemel Hempstead Service Centre.
This role is a key part of our Field Operations team, providing vital logistical support to our Field Service Technicians across London and the surrounding areas. You'll ensure equipment arrives safely, on time and in perfect condition, helping our technicians deliver exceptional customer service during installations, equipment swaps and exchanges.
As well as supporting planned customer visits, you'll collect returned equipment and provide a responsive courier service between customer sites and our Service Centre, ensuring our field operation runs efficiently every day.

Hours of Work
- Monday - Friday
- 7:00am - 5:00pm
Core Role & Responsibilities
- Complete daily vehicle safety inspections and ensure the company vehicle is maintained to a high standard
- Safely transport Mains-fed water coolers and drinking water systems to customer sites across London and the surrounding areas
- Meet Field Service Technicians at scheduled customer appointments to support installations, equipment swaps and product exchanges
- Assist with unloading, positioning and safely handling equipment to minimise the risk of damage
- Collect returned equipment from customer sites and transport it back to the Service Centre
- Provide an efficient courier service between customer locations, Service Centres and other business locations as required
- Ensure all products are transported securely and arrive in excellent condition
- Work closely with the Field Operations team to support daily schedules and respond to changing operational priorities
- Maintain accurate delivery, collection and equipment records
- Deliver outstanding customer service and represent Culligan professionally at every customer interaction
- Support the wider Service Centre team with operational activities when required

Requirements
- Full UK driving licence with a maximum of 6 penalty points (no dangerous or careless driving convictions)
- Minimum of 2 years' commercial driving experience
- Experience driving a 3.5T vehicle
- Excellent knowledge of London and the surrounding road network
- Comfortable handling and moving heavy equipment using safe manual handling techniques
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with Field Service Technicians and customers
- Able to work to timed appointments while remaining flexible to operational changes
- Reliable, organised and customer focused
- Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
- Experience in logistics, field support or courier operations would be advantageous
