We don't believe exceptional salespeople should have their income capped by salary bands.
If you've watched someone less capable out-earn you because they got the better desk, the better leads, or just got there first - this is where that stops mattering.
Centurion Partners
Centurion Partners is a broker firm specialized on payment systems and business lending supporting over 2,000 merchants in the UK including best brands like Novikov, GAIA, Domino’s etc.
We're not filling a sales floor. We're building the next set of Partners - and every Partner in this business started exactly where you'd start: Sales Account Executive, commission only, no ceiling.
Our first-year Sales Executives typically earn £50k–£100k. No one above you deciding what you're worth - just you, your discipline, and the execution.
Why this isn't the sales role you left
- Best practices blueprint. Skip years of trial and error. We've compiled three years of top-performing sales systems, playbooks and strategies into one structured learning platform.
- Learn from the executors. Shadow and be trained by someone already producing the result you're aiming for.
- A track with real criteria: Sales Account Executive → Leader → VP → Partner. Progression is earned on results. Not opinions.
- Promotion = New Revenue streams. Every promotion unlocks new ways to earn - not just a new title. Coaching bonuses, passive client revenue share, team overrides and an equity pathway become available as you progress.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Your typical week, no filter
- Face-to-face with real business owners - cafés, retailers, restaurants, salons, independents
- Outbound - building your own client portfolio
- Closing, and owning relationships from first conversation through to onboarding
- Industry events - building a name for yourself, not just a paycheck
- Running your CRM like it matters, because it's the difference between reps who talk about the money and reps who make it
Who actually makes it here
This isn't for everyone. It was never supposed to be.
Path one
- 1-3 years in sales with real targets - telecoms, merchant services, energy brokerage, office tech, recruitment, D2D, SaaS/SDR. You've already proven you can sell. You just hit a ceiling someone else built.
Path two
- 5+ years in B2B, and you're done asking permission to earn what you're worth. You run your own diary, you close face-to-face and on the phone, and maybe you're bringing a network with you.
Either path, one non-negotiable: self-discipline isn't optional. Nobody here is chasing you to hit your numbers. If you need someone checking in to stay accountable, this isn't your role.

The money, straight - no dressing it up
This is self-employed, commission-only. No base, no retainer, no wired-in safety net. That's the deal - the same one every Partner in this business signed on their way in.
£50,000-£100,000 is the current range across our first year starters right now.
Never been self-employed before? That's not a problem. Our in-house accounts team will help you get set up with HMRC and prepare your end-of-year accounts, so you can focus on selling instead of paperwork.
If you need guaranteed income from day one, this isn't your role, and we'd rather you know that now than three weeks in.
How this works
- CV only. No cover letter - we're not hiring people on how well they write about themselves. We're hiring on what they do next.
- We respond within 3 working days
- 15-minute video interview - done in your own time
- Interview with the Partner
- Offer and onboarding
We're taking 3 people for this intake. If everything above sounds like the standard you've been waiting for someone to actually hold you to - apply. Prove it.
