The Role

Field Sales & Activation Executive – West Wales

Reports to: Wales Country Manager

At Tiny Rebel, we don't just brew beer—we create experiences, challenge the norm and build brands people love. We're looking for a passionate, energetic and commercially driven Field Sales & Activation Executive to help grow our presence across West Wales.

What You'll Do

You'll be responsible for delivering sustainable sales growth by increasing distribution, driving rate of sale and creating memorable brand activations across independent, wholesale, managed and leased & tenanted customers.

Your Key Responsibilities

Grow the Business

  • Win new distribution across Independent Free Trade, Wholesale, Managed and L&T customers.
  • Protect and develop existing accounts to increase volume and rate of sale.
  • Identify new commercial opportunities and convert prospects into loyal Tiny Rebel stockists.
