Field Sales Consultant
Field-Based Card Payment Specialist – Cold Calling & New Business Covering Harrogate and York postcodes Base Salary £50,000 + OTE £85,000 Top performers making above £100K | Uncapped Commission | Experience of working in Merchant services sales is ideal but not essential! Are you a top-performing hunter who thrives on chasing new business and closing deals? We are working with one of the UK’s largest and most respected merchant services providers to recruit ambitious Field-Based Card Payment Specialists. This is a high-reward, high-autonomy role, there are no pre-booked appointments. You generate your own leads, knock on doors, and close deals yourself. If you have the drive and the hustle, this role will reward you with massive uncapped earnings and full control over your territory. What You’ll Be Doing Generate all your own leads through cold calling, in-field prospecting, and door-to-door sales Qualify, pitch, and close new merchant accounts independently Sell modern, broadband-enabled, contactless card payment solutions with competitive, capped terminal rental pricing Build, manage, and own a pipeline of high-potential small and medium-sized businesses Maximise every opportunity with professional, consultative sales presentations Achieve aggressive weekly and monthly sales targets, consistently hitting 5+ terminals per week Who This Role is For You are a self-motivated hunter who thrives on cold-calling and winning new business You don’t wait for leads, you create your own opportunities and love chasing them You have proven experience in field sales, B2B cold calling, or merchant services Confident closing face-to-face deals and generating referrals Highly organised, target-driven, and resilient Full UK driving licence required
