Field Sales Consultant – Your Way Home/Field Based – London (Liverpool Street area)

This role is 100% about you – a Field Sales Consultant responsible for winning, expanding and maximising profit in your own dedicated 1-city-block territory (yes, just one square mile!). What You’ll Be Doing

Own Your Square Mile: Be the sole guardian of sales success in your neighbourhood, spanning:
- Researching and identifying clients, opportunities, and untapped markets within that locality
- Building and nurturing deep, face-to-face relationships – selling, engaging, and understanding customer needs with exceptional consultative skills
- Onboarding new accounts while fostering loyalty with existing customers, ensuring smooth handover and ongoing long-term engagement

Operations Alchemy:
- Driving profitable volume growth against personal targets
- Utilising Salesforce to track and manage customer activities, ensuring transparent reporting
- Staying ahead of competitors by proactively monitoring local competitors and independent suppliers – translating insights into better offerings for your customers
- Partnering with your assigned distribution team to streamline community-level logistics and create local-level operational agility

- Sales DNA – Proven track record of new business and customer relationship expansion (ideally from field sales or account management background)
- Commercial nous – Quick thinking, savvy with numbers, skilled at identifying efficiencies and negotiating wins
- Tech savvy – Fluent in Excel and Salesforce with analytical rigor
- Customers first – Passionate about building trust and long-term bonds over quick sales cycles
- Autonomous hustler – Flourishes when owning outcomes and tactically managing their own territory
- Passion for foodservice/FMCG – A plus, but problem critical to understanding the sector’s dynamics
