Field Sales Consultant – Your Way
Home/Field-Based – Tottenham
£42,000+ (with performance bonuses), company car/car allowance & competitive benefits
About the Role
We are Brakes, the UK’s largest foodservice supplier, and we’re expanding with an exciting new proposition: ‘Your Way’ within our Independent Sales business. As a Field Sales Consultant, you’ll be responsible for winning and maximising business in a dedicated 1-mile neighbourhood, with unparalleled autonomy and growth potential.

Key Responsibilities
Neighbourhood Sales & Growth
- Research and identify targeted opportunities within your one-square-mile zone.
- Build deep customer relationships through face-to-face engagement, face-to-face meetings and understanding local needs.
- Onboard new clients proactively, ensuring seamless integration via Salesforce activity tracking.
- Collaborate closely with your distribution partner/driver to create a high-performing community team.

Requirements
We’re looking for someone with:
- Field Sales/Account Management experience (preferred) with a commercial acumen.
- Technical proficiency in Excel, deep sales skills, and a keen eye for relationships.
- A passion for sales—your enthusiasm will define your success.
- While a food industry background is a bonus, it’s not essential for this opportunity.
