Initial Medical Field Sales Consultant – Brentford, West London

The Field Sales Consultant Role
In this field-based role, key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with both new and existing customers, selling our medical and hazardous waste services.
- Managing an allocated customer portfolio, driving both retention and growth via new opportunities—either from customer enquiries or internal leads.
- Delivering excellent customer service, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements & Expectations
Essential
- Full UK driving licence (held for more than 2 years) with no more than six penalty points.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and a confident problem solver.
- Proven customer service and communication skills.
- Capability to work independently and adapt to diverse customer needs.
Preferred
- Background in retail, sales, or customer-facing roles (valuable for face-to-face interactions).
Notes
- A DBS check may be required, depending on the role.
