**The Purpose of Field Sales Development Manager
The Field Sales Development Manager will be responsible for delivering Annual Field performance goals, working with and through your team. You will manage and support a team of Sales Development Executives (SDEs), building their skill base through coaching and training. Maintaining strong connections with other Field Sales Development Managers (FSDMs) to establish best practices across Field Sales Teams while collaborating closely with Activation and Reporting colleagues to meet agreed KPIs.
How You Will Contribute
You will:
- Deliver agreed Regional KPIs and activity targets through SDE direct reports.
- Conduct coaching and development of SDE direct reports to ensure continuous improvement, build motivation, and enhance engagement.
- Create and foster a high-performing team.
- Be an active and vocal member of the Divisional Management team.
- Work cross-functionally to define objectives and develop best-for-business solutions.
- Partner with the Divisional Business Development Executive (BDE) to maximize delivery of KPIs in your region.
- Ensure best-in-class systems and processes are implemented and that direct reports can manage daily sales operations using these systems to meet business targets.
- Plan, run, and contribute to Regional Manager contact meetings.
