🚀 We're Hiring | Senior Account Development Executive 📍 North of England | Hybrid/Field-Based

🏢 IRIS Software Group | Education Division

We're looking for a commercially driven Senior Account Development Executive to join our growing Education team at IRIS!

This role is focused on driving growth across our existing education customer base across the North of England, building long-term relationships with schools and multi-academy trusts, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell solutions across the IRIS portfolio.

You'll be working with market-leading education brands and solutions used by thousands of schools across the UK, helping customers improve engagement, communication, operational efficiency and the overall student experience. 📚

💡 What you'll be doing:

  • Managing and growing a portfolio of existing education customers across the North
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships with schools and multi-academy trusts
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the IRIS portfolio
  • Owning pipeline management and forecasting through Salesforce
  • Delivering strategic account plans and customer growth strategies
  • Working closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience

✅ What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in account management, account development or SaaS sales
  • Strong commercial and relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders
  • A target-driven and organised approach
  • Education sector experience is beneficial but not essential
